FORENSIC INSPECTIONS
My method of forensic inspections is an analytical process that utilizes thermal imaging, infrared, sensors, meters, detectors and other devices that will monitor and examine the building envelope (walls, windows, curtain walls, roofing systems, foundation, etc.), waterproofing systems, building materials, structural assemblies, storm water management and numerous other aspects of homes.

INSPECTION REPORTS
A digital, comprehensive report of my findings will be sent to you shortly after your home inspection is completed. The report will offer straightforward, informative summaries of each area inspected of the home, including helpful photographs. Where appropriate, recommendations to correct deficiencies will be noted.
